We have some great events coming up. We hope you’ll mark your calendars and join us.

Richfield Wellness ExpoSaturday, April 13, 9AM – 12Noon, at the Richfield High School, 7001 Harriet Av S. Richfield Police Department will have an exhibit table in the lunchroom. Please stop by and see us! We have lots of crime prevention and safety resources for you & your family. This is a free event with wellness resources, a fun run, food demos, door prizes, and more!

Drug Take Back Day, Saturday, April 27, 10AM – 2PM, Richfield Police Department, 6700 Portland Ave S.  Turn in your unused or expired medication for safe disposal. Medication only – no needles.

Unity in the Community – celebrating diversity in our city, Sunday, May 5, 2PM – 5PM, Veterans Park, 6335 Portland Av S. This is a free event with free food, music, dance, games and resources.

Richfield Police & Fire Safety Day - Tuesday, June 11. This is a special day for Richfield children entering fourth grade next fall. While being mentored by police officers and fire fighters, participants will learn fire, personal, bike and electrical safety; basic first aid, and bullying prevention. Safety Day takes place at the Richfield Centennial School, 7315 Bloomington Ave S, from 7:45 am until 5:15 pm.  A graduation and pizza party for the children and their parents will take place immediately following Safety Day in the Centennial School lunchroom. The $30 registration fee includes lunch, snacks, T-shirt, prizes, and a pizza dinner for the participant and one parent (additional dinner tickets may be purchased for $4/each). Register at Space is limited to 64 participants so register today!
