CHASE BANK AT MARKET PLAZA - NW CORNER 66TH & LYNDALE
Applications have been submitted for a proposal to add a new Chase Bank building with drive-up ATM to the Market Plaza property on the NW corner of 66th & Lyndale. The building is proposed to be located in place of the current plaza/trellis at the corner, which would be removed.
LUNDS RESIDENTIAL - 6228 PENN AVENUE S
Lunds has proposed building a 6-story, 127-unit residential building in their parking lot. The existing Lunds store would remain in place and additional grocery store parking would be built under the apartment building. Applications were submitted to the city on September 27, 2019. The Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of the project on October 28 (agenda). Plans will be considered for approval by the City Council on Tuesday, November 26.
RICHFIELD FLATS - 7700 PILLSBURY AVENUE
Richfield-based MWF Properties is proposing a 55-unit apartment building at 7700 Pillsbury Avenue. This is a preliminary proposal and is subject to change - a land use application has not yet been submitted. Presentation

DUNKIN' - 6529 PENN AVENUE
The former CarHop/Arby's building at 6529 Penn Avenue was demolished to make way for a new Dunkin restaurant with drive-thru. Plans were approved by the City Council on October 24, 2017 and Dunkin' opened for business in November 2018.
PLAZA 66 - 1601 66TH STREET EAST
Construction of the 10,000 square foot retail and restaurant building was completed in June 2018. Tenants include Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagels, Jersey Mike's Subs, Orange Theory Fitness, and Taqueria La Hacienda.

VILLAGE SHORES RENOVATION - 66TH STREET & LYNDALE AVENUE
E.J. Plesko & Associates renovated the mixed-use building to include an additional 50 assisted-living housing units and remodeled 16,000 square feet of commercial space for the Hennepin Health Clinic. Site improvements included a plaza/market space at the corner of Lyndale Avenue and 66th Street.
