Partnership Academy demolished the former Bremer Bank building and construction has commenced on a new K-8 school in its place, serving up to 470 students beginning in Fall 2019. Approved on July 24, 2018.
THE EMI - 101 66TH STREET EAST
Developer PLH & Associates plans to build a 3-story mixed-use development on the site of the former Southview Baptist Church. The approved plans include 31 residential units and approximately 6,000 square feet of retail space fronting on 66th Street. The City Council approved the plans on June 26, 2018. DUNKIN' - 6529 PENN AVENUE
The former CarHop/Arby's building at 6529 Penn Avenue was demolished to make way for a new Dunkin Donuts restaurant with drive-thru. Plans were approved by the City Council on October 24, 2017. Dunkin' opened for business in November 2018. Subway will open in the renovated corner building in summer 2019.

Construction of the 10,000 square foot retail and restaurant building was completed in June 2018. Tenants include Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagels, Jersey Mike's Subs, Orange Theory Fitness, and Taqueria La Hacienda.

VILLAGE SHORES RENOVATION - 66TH STREET & LYNDALE AVENUE
E.J. Plesko & Associates renovated the mixed-use building to include an additional 50 assisted-living housing units and remodeled 16,000 square feet of commercial space for the Hennepin Health Clinic. Site improvements included a plaza/market space at the corner of Lyndale Avenue and 66th Street.
