Access free foreclosure prevention services at Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAPHC): (952) 933-1993. The CAPHC Foreclosure Prevention Program provides:

  • Early delinquency intervention & counseling
  • Lender negotiations on your behalf
  • Answers to your foreclosure questions
  • Pre-foreclosure sale information
  • Financial assistance to eligible households

The Minnesota Homeownership Center also offers free prevention services statewide. Services offered include access to Foreclosure Counselors, FAQ's, Tip Sheets and information about Foreclosure Postponement. The Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA) offers bilingual (English/Spanish) foreclosure prevention counseling to residents in the metro area.
