PROPOSED PROJECTS
LYNK65 - 65TH & LYNDALE

Enclave Development, LLC, is proposing a 5-story, mixed-use building that includes 157 rental apartments and approximately 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. The proposed development will contribute 15% of the available Tax Increment to the Housing and Redevelopment Fund and also reserve 10, 2-bedroom units for households earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income. The project plan and accompanying tax increment financing (TIF) was updated and approved at the November 24, 2020, City Council meeting.

A new Chase Bank building with drive-up ATM will be added to the Market Plaza property on the NW corner of 66th & Lyndale. The building will be located in place of the current plaza/pergola at the corner.

APPROVED PROJECTS 

HENLEY II - 600 64TH STREET W & 6345 LYNDALE AVE  
North Bay Companies is constructing a new apartment building on the northeast corner of Lyndale Avenue and 64th Street. The existing 22-unit apartment building on the corner will be renovated, and a new 5-story apartment building with 82 units is proposed to the east of the existing building, replacing 3 duplexes and 1 single-family home. A trail connection into Garfield Park will be added along the east edge of the property.

LUNDS RESIDENTIAL - 6228 PENN AVENUE S
Lunds plans to build a 6-story, 127-unit residential building in the northwest corner of the parking lot. The existing Lunds store would remain in place. The Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of the project on October 28 (agenda). Plans were approved by the City Council on November 26 (agenda). Construction has started and is expected to be complete in 2021.
