Richfield Lil Sparkler Celebration

The City of Richfield and the Red White and Blue Days Committee are bringing back the Lil' Sparkler event for 2022!  While the customary 4th of July events have proven cost-prohibitive, we're excited to celebrate Independence Day with smaller community events.
